The Venue

heart line

Set on a working family Worcestershire farm, Coopers Farm Tipis is a unique rustic venue that can be tailored to suit all tastes, themes and dreams.

Our site boasts secure gates and fences, allowing you to relax without the need to worry about livestock or unwanted visitors. If you and your family love animals and livestock as much as we do, we have our English Longhorn herd grazing in the field adjacent to you, a perfect backdrop for your wedding pictures and for your guests to watch during the day.

While it’s an ideal choice for weddings, our venue is also available for private parties and corporate events. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or organising a business gathering, our versatile space can cater to your needs.

Let us make your event memorable and enjoyable, no matter the occasion!

The Tipis

Our Tipis are lovingly crafted by Kata, a UK-based company. The canvas materials are stitched in the Peak District, using flame-retardant and water-resistant fabrics.

To ensure environmental responsibility, the wood for our poles are thoughtfully hand-selected from sustainable forests in the South-East of England. With our commitment to quality and eco-consciousness, you can embrace your special moments in harmony with nature. We thrive and take pride in supporting local craftsmanship and independent businesses.

The 3 tipis are configured in a triangular formation, creating 3 key spaces: to dine, to drink and to dance. The dining space consists of wooden tables and oak cross back chairs which can sit up to 80 guests. The bar space consists of our home made ‘Longhorn Bar’ named after our herd of longhorns, there’s also space within this for cake stand, buffets, grazing boards etc. The back tipi is where our wooden dance floor is located, with dance lighting and a giant disco ball and a perfect central spot for your chosen entertainment to be located.

The front of the tipis are lifted, facing down the valley capturing the beautiful countryside views. The tipis are lit by warm fairy lights wrapped around each pole creating a fairy-tale setting.

However, should unfavourable weather surprise us, we have back up options ensuring no water or wind disturbs the occasion, so you can carry on enjoying every moment without worry.

Our Herd

heart line

The herd was established in 2004 and rears its own breeding stock, only buying in a new bull every two or three years. The cattle spend most of their lives outside with limited housing during harsh weather.

The herd is managed by our farming company who are certified producers with the Pasture-Fed Livestock Association. The livestock assist in managing multiple sites varying from flower rich meadows, heathlands and wetlands across Worcestershire for the Wildlife Trust, National Trust, Council and landowners/managers.

We take great pride in providing our Longhorns with a wholesome and natural grazing experience. We have a deep commitment to working in harmony with nature, which is why we refrain from using any harmful chemicals or materials on our farm.

Our flower meadows have remained entirely pesticide-free for nearly half a century, ensuring a pristine and natural environment that fosters biodiversity and ecological balance.
