You can start setting up from 8am – 12pm the day before to get everything in place before your big day. We will not be liable for any accidents, breakages or losses and all items are left at the owners own risk

Yes, other than alcohol suppliers. For all suppliers we require any electrical equipment to be PAT tested and valid and also hold public / personal liability insurance

We have capacity for 70 seated day guests and 100 evening guests.
We will provide all things drinks related to take the pressure away of you. This allows your caterers to focus on all things food.

Yes! We hold weekend site viewings for you to come and view the site and get a real feel of the venue.

We take last orders at our Longhorn Bar at 10:40pm and close the bar at 11:00pm

DJs and live music must finish at 11:00pm. If you decide to hire in a silent disco this can continue until 11:45pm

All suppliers must remove their belongings from site at the end of the evening. Unfortunately, we don’t not have enough storage for all items. Any smaller items left by suppliers will be left at there own risk, we will not be held accountable for any loss, damage or accidents.

Dog are not permitted onsite due to protecting the surrounding livestock and nature. However, guide dogs are allowed.

Music can be played via Bluetooth, DJs and acoustic acts all via our sound system. Live bands must use electric drum kits to go through our sound system so that all sound is compliant with our sound limits. We have sound limiters installed within the Tipis that help track sound levels.

Genres such as techno, drum and base and heavy rock is not permitted onsite.
We respect our neighbours and surroundings which is why we have put in measures to please everyone. Our sound system is optimised to reduce noise pollution but not to compromise the quality of sound.

We have a strict curfew of no music past 11pm. This is in aid to look after and respect the people and animals close to us. Anyone to go beyond the sound limit will result in the music finishing early.

Yes! Your guests’ cars can be left overnight. We do request that they are collected by 11am the following day. All vehicles are left over night at the owner’s own risk. Coopers Farm Tipis will not be left liable for any damages or accidents caused.

Unfortunately, we do not allow fireworks, sparklers or Chinese lanterns at our events due to livestock and surrounding nature.

We will help with the clear up and waste disposal. We do ask that all suppliers take their rubbish with them when leaving the site as we are limited on disposal capacity. A deposit of £650 will be taken to help recoup any costs that may have occurred

  • No candles are to be used on-site only LED powered ones.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside or anywhere other than the designated smoking areas that will be pointed out on your day.
  • Smoke bombs or anything similar are not to be used.
  • We only allow dried natural flower confetti to protect our meadows.
  • Generators are not permitted onsite.
  • We take pride in providing a safe and enjoyable environment for you to celebrate in. We have a zero-tolerance policy for abuse/violence/threating behaviour and harassment to staff or anyone else on site. Any behaviour of this nature will result in the police being called and your event ending.
